v1版本pdf 扫描件只有一页时，文档内容提取组件，可以正常提取，v2 版本无法提取

Steps to Reproduce

v1 版本：pdf 扫描件只有一页时能正常提取

Image v2 版本：pdf 扫描件只有一页时 提取不到 Image

The expected correct result

希望v2 版本 能和v1 版本一样，扫描件只有一页时能正常提取
