[BUG]: macOS eviction tests fail

Describe the bug
The eviction tests fail for an unknown reason. I have confirmed that this is not caused by the random number generator. We need to understand why they fail.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Build libCacheSim with: bash scripts/debug.sh
2. Run the command: ./_build_dbg/bin/testEvictionAlgo
