Violation records will be kept internally, and repeat offenders will face escalated penalties. Administrators reserve the right to report serious illegal activities to relevant authorities.
If a user believes a penalty was unjustified or has corrected their behavior, they may submit an unblock request through the channels described in the “Feedback and Reporting” section (QQ group / repository Issue). The request should include:
- The banned account or IP;
- Approximate time of the ban and relevant circumstances;
- Acknowledgment of the violation (if applicable), corrective actions taken, or a reasonable explanation.
Administrators will review the request within 7 business days and decide whether to maintain or lift the ban. If a user re-offends after an unblock, they will be permanently banned with no further requests accepted.
- The interpretation of this CoC belongs to the TouchFish organization.
- This CoC may be revised as the community evolves. Major changes will be announced through official channels.
