Delete all unused code

There are a handful of code snippets that have been commented out, find them and remove them. Here's the list of files:

1. sanity.config.ts
2. slices-comp.tsx
3. typography.ts
4. link.ts
5. assist.ts - Actually unsure what this file does, so double check before deleting
6. post.ts
7. team.ts
