This PR should be re-based onto #63 and #64 (there is both of their commit temporarily)

The new interface is not 100% completed but most of it is done.
Diagrams will follow for a better understanding of the project.
Each
TestandMapresults are compatible but notFileslike inpyqgiswps_test:testplottest.I added a verification in the PHP Api last commit.
