ArduinoCommander can control Arduino board via Bluetooth shield out-of-box: all you need is to upload modified StandardFirmata sketch. Starting ArduinoCommander v.3.0 you can control it via Ethernet-shield and you need libs and sketch from this repository.

Note: only W5100-based Ethernet shields (official or cheaper ones) are supported at this time. Please contribute for Enc28J60-based shields support.
