feat: add Node.js version verification and update dependencies

- Added a shell command to verify that the Node.js version is at least 22.22 or 24, with an error message for users who do not meet this requirement.
- Updated the postcss dependency version from 8.5.9 to 8.5.14 in package-lock.json.
- Created a .nvmrc file specifying Node.js version 24 for consistent environment setup.
