Summary

retain Kimi model thinking metadata on the account-backed client
report no forced-tool structured capability for thinking-only routes
preserve native JSON Schema support for non-thinking routes
use prompt plus schema validation and repair when forced tool choice is incompatible

Validation

cargo test desktop_chat_uses_the_app_key_openai_path_and_thinking_body: passed
cargo fmt --all -- --check: passed
git diff --check: passed
live k3-agent structured and three-way parallel contract probe: passed


          fix: fall back for Kimi thinking structured output
