Adds folder support

Version 1.2.0.0 contains a new feature to handle folder structure stored by some FANUC controllers.

Now when you unpack one of these backups files you get the full folder tree as it was on the machine.

NOTE: This version requires .NET6 runtime, which isn't bundled with Windows. You must install it if you haven't already: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/6.0
