• Attributes of equipment type

• Description
• Quantity (for indistinguishable items, e.g. SM58s)
• Assigned to one or many rigs
• Ability to define rigs as groups of equipment

Tie-In to Internal Event Management

• Event TICs should be able to assign Rigs or Equipment to an event
• Should warn for double-booked equipment, but not prevent assignment
• Should warn for equipment checked out for repair, but not prevent assignment unless tagged with specific repair status defined by the equipment manager

Management view

• What equipment is headed where for week/day specified
• If equipment is double booked
• If there is any checked out equipment from R&M

Equipment Repair Tracking

• Check equipment out for repair/in for use
• Define new/remove unnecessary repair status categories for equipment
• Specify repair status that prevents assignment of equipment to event
• Changing repair status appends new status to equipment status log (as string, not id, in case status later removed)
