When I was following the 'How to contribute' instructions in Section 2 (Edit a page directly), I found out that 'creating a new branch' and 'editing the text' happen in a different order for ACCESS-NRI members. I moved this instructions to the correct place.

Fixes issue #580. First attempt for rewriting contribution instructions. Feel free to give as much feedback as possible. Currently, in progress with adding a few minor tweaks on the UI side.
