tests: align CMIP7 full integration with baseline variable list

Summary

• source CMIP7 variable parametrization in full integration tests from the baseline batch config example
• support full CMIP7 compound names during test execution and map to CMIP6 equivalents for input lookup/compliance variable names
• expand input file selection for non-monthly CMIP7 cases (Oday, SIday, 1hr)

Validation

• pixi run -e dev python -m pytest tests/integration/test_full_cmorisation.py --collect-only -q

Notes

• this PR intentionally includes only tests/integration/test_full_cmorisation.py
• local submodule pointer change at src/access_moppy/vocabularies/cmip7-cmor-tables is left uncommitted and excluded from this PR
