Produce solar and and volcanic ancillaries for the ACCESS-ESM1.6 `ScenarioMIP` h and vl experiments

The solar and volcanic ancillaries for the ScenarioMIP experiments are similar to those for the historical experiment, except that the ScenarioMIP period is 2025 to 2100.

Solar forcing

The TSI_CMIP7_ESM forcing file used for the historical experiment lists total solar irradiance from 1700 to 2300.

Unresolved question: For ScenarioMIP, should the years outside 2025 to 2100 contain the Real Missing Data Indicator?

Volcanic forcing

The volcts_cmip7.dat volcanic forcing file used for the historical experiment contains data for 1850 through to 2300, including dummy data.

To answer the questions:

Solar forcing

The relevant dataset at input4MIPs/CMIP7/ScenarioMIP/SOLARIS-HEPPA/SOLARIS-HEPPA-ScenarioMIP-4-6 uses the date range 202201-229912. Outside of this date range, the same scheme as the historical file will be used, with years 1700 to 2021 containing 1361.603, and year 2300 containing the Real Missing Data Indicator -1073741824.0. See #99.

Volcanic forcing

The relevant dataset at input4MIPs/CMIP7/ScenarioMIP/uoexeter/UOEXETER-ScenarioMIP-2-2-2 uses the date range 202201-210012. The years 1850 to 2021 will contain the same data as the historical file. For the years 2101 to 2300, the same tapering scheme as the historical file will be used, with years shifted appropriately. See #92 and #95.
