fix(figures): fix text overflow and clipping in SVG diagrams

- kernel-ladder: split "Tensor Core WMMA" title into two lines to fit
  within the 232px-wide node; wrap long "Attached rails" description
  across three lines and grow the container rect from h=182 to h=220
- whitepaper-system: reduce item font-size from 18→16 and split
  long labels (Naive FP32, Bank-free, Double buffer, Tensor Core WMMA,
  Validation) onto two lines so no text exceeds the 260px available
  width inside each kernel-ladder row
- Apply identical fixes to both light and dark SVG variants
