- c70d507 templates/1{0-autotools,2-autosetup}: pass also *_FOR_BUILD variables
- 55a68be templates/12-autosetup.sh: do not pass --target for optenv*
Autosetup sources (such as SQLite) does not tend to supply this flag, passing `--target' would cause errors during configuration.

Found in SQLite, this was the only way to make sure that the i686 toolchain was used whilst building sqlite+32.
