What happened?

Description
The Top Nav Bar (search/profile area) shifts unexpectedly during reloads or when the gallery is empty. Additionally, there is no gesture to manually refresh the image feed.

Issues

• Nav Bar Shift: The top navigation bar layout is unstable and "jumps" during state changes or data fetching.
• Missing Refresh: Lack of Pull-to-Refresh functionality when at the top of the gallery or when no images are returned.

Proposed Fix

• Lock the Nav Bar height and layout using fixed CSS constraints to prevent shifting.
• Add a Pull-to-Refresh gesture to trigger a gallery re-sync.
