feat: add Spanish (es) language support

🚀 The feature

Description

I would like to add Spanish (es) translations to Resonate.

Why?

Spanish is spoken by over 500 million people worldwide. Adding it will make Resonate accessible to a huge new audience and aligns perfectly with the project’s global vision.

Scope

• Create lib/l10n/app_es.arb with complete translations based on app_en.arb
• Update supportedLocales in lib/main.dart
• Update ios/Runner/Info.plist to include Spanish
• Test the app with Spanish locale

Checklist

• I have read the Translation Guide
• I will maintain placeholders and ICU syntax
• I will validate JSON and run flutter gen-l10n

Motivation, pitch

I added Spanish (es) language support to improve the accessibility and inclusivity of the Resonate platform. Spanish is one of the most widely spoken languages globally, and supporting it enables a large number of users to better understand and interact with the application in their native language.

@Shweta-281 Are you a native Spanish speaker? If not, .......adding translation support for a language you don't speak natively its not allowed, as it could lead to inaccurate translations that may affect the user experience.
