Provide a control to disable the Quick Access Toolbar (Let user hide it, rather than removing one button at a time)

The Quick Access Toolbar provides basic buttons, which are already known to all users except the beginners (e.g. open file, save, undo, etc.)
Removing all buttons one by one is tedious.

Rather than removing all buttons one by one, let them, disable the toolbar at one go

I will see if i can add this with the new context menus. But it can be that this will happen in version 1.12 instead of 1.11.
