Close the v0.1.0 section the release left open - #112

The section still read `[Unreleased]`, under a line saying the release PR renames it. #61 did not, so a tag cut now would ship a changelog that says the release has not happened. Signed-off-by: thc1006 <84045975+thc1006@users.noreply.github.com>

CHANGELOG.mdstill heads the v0.1.0 work as## [Unreleased], under a line reading "Changes ondevelopsince v0.0.2. The release PR renames this section." #61 merged without doing that, so a tag cut frommaintoday would ship a changelog saying the release has not happened. This renames it to
## [0.1.0] - 2026-07-29, matching how[0.0.2]and[0.0.1]are written, opens a fresh empty[Unreleased]above it, and updates the two link references at the bottom so[Unreleased]compares against v0.1.0 rather than v0.0.2.Nothing else changed, and no entry moved. Every section still has a matching link reference.
This needs to reach
mainbefore the v0.1.0 tag is cut, since the tag is what people download.
