How to uninstall/remove Linkbar?

I installed Linkbar from SourceForge (https://sourceforge.net/projects/linkbar/) to try it out, and it unfortunately doesn't do what I want. I'm trying to remove it now, but I don't see any uninstallers in Windows or in the ZIP folder I download, and I cannot find any instructions in this repo on how to remove it.

Juste erase it, Linkbar is a standalone program,

it just add a key in Run section to run at startup, you can erase the key or keep it, windows bypass it if program is not present on disk.

I'm having a similar problem, for opposite reasons. I can't get linkbar to open on startup any more. I tried adding the executable to the startup folder but it just wants to create a new linkbar each time.

I know there is the executable, the "items" folder, and an LBR file, but I have no idea where to put them or how to get linkbar to open on startup like it used to.

Can you provide clear instructions (pretend I'm 5)?
