Export the gradable property from the JSAV in the player test bench as well. Now it records correct JAAL 2.0.
Correctly set initial state from the submission. Flatten modelAnswerSteps and filter on gradable property.

The fixes of #13 were added to JAAL1.1 branch, but not JAAL2.0. Now they are added to JAAL2.0 as well.
