Inject Demo Data script

We need a script that can inject demo data and wipe of version notes on a specific playlist. The idea is to give us a staged demo env to work with.

Acceptence criteria:

• Can inject transcript data
• Can delete transcripts and notes for specific versions
• Can create draft and published notes on specific versions
