After updating to Krita 5.2.16 and the AI Diffusion plugin, the AI generation process has become significantly slower compared to previous versions. I’m trying to understand whether this slowdown is expected or if it indicates a configuration or compatibility issue.
What’s surprising is that the slowdown affects even lightweight models like SDXL, which used to run smoothly and quickly on the same hardware and settings.
I’ve noticed that other users have reported similar behavior, where inference speed becomes unusually slow when using the Krita plugin compared to other tools like ComfyUI, even when using the same model and parameters.
