Feature Request: F2K 9B Expand Modification

As noted elsewhere, the "Expand" mode doesn't work for Flux 2 Klein 9B. However, expanding an image with 9B works perfectly by instead selecting "Add Content" and using the prompt "Expand the image to fill the empty canvas."

Might it be possible to modify the actual "Expand" mode with F2k 9B so it does this automatically behind the scenes?

I've tested it but to doesn't seem to work. If I read the Change Log correctly, F2K 9B should now expand using Edit (without a prompt) but multiple attempts failed. "Expand" also fails, but now does so citing the absence of the 4B Lora (which it didn't before, though possibly this is just because I renamed the Lora when I started using Lora Manager).

"Add Content" and using the prompt "Expand the image to fill the empty canvas." still works, though.

Just tested it, seems to work for me.

Empty prompt + generate button set to "Expand" results in a edit workflow with the prompt "Expand the image to fill the empty canvas."

The lora is definitely tied to 4B only, not sure what's going on then...

I'm using a Q4KM Gguf of Flux 2 Klein 9B. Would that make any difference? I'll try again later and see if there's anything I missed.

Definitely not working and even the previously reliable Add Content + Prompt is no longer working for me.

Edit: Actually, Add Content + Prompt is still working; the test image was slightly too large, which causes the outpaint to break (or return bad results). However, using Edit + No Prompt still doesn't work.

It works really weird for me. Without Prompt, the "Expand" is very high quality, but with a complete lack of creativity. It's as if the closest piece of the same size was simply copied only. With Prompt, the quality is poor, but there is some creativity. I tested it on a 3530x2128, and 2500x1507 image.

Yes, Expand just produces the error Re: the outpaint lora (even though I'm using 9B). I'm away at the moment but will send an example .kra and Comfyui workflow dump when I get back.

I don't think F2K (or most current models) will handle those dimensions well, even if you're only sampling from a small section of the original image. Try reducing that same image to around 1mp in size (1216x832 or whatever will best fit the ratio of your image) and see if this improves the quality of the results.

F2K 4B works very well at these resolutions, but its quality doesn't quite reach 9b. Using 9b in any ready-made workflow for comfyUI always produces good results.
