Description
When "Should use Current File For Preview" is enabled, the app forces an in-app preview regardless of the "Preview mode" being set to "browser." This occurs even when the active file is index.html.

​Steps to Reproduce

1. ​Open index.html in the editor.
2. ​Navigate to Settings > Preview Settings.
3. ​Configure the following:
4. ​In-app browser caching: Disabled
5. ​Preview mode: Browser
6. ​Should use Current File For Preview: Enabled
7. ​Launch the preview.

​Expected Result
The preview should open in the external default browser.

​Actual Result
The preview opens in the in-app browser.

​Logic Conflict
The setting for determining the file path appears to be overriding the setting for the display target.
