Add/Update Bengali (bn-BD) Translation File

This pull request adds and updates the Bengali (bn-BD) translation file for the application.
All untranslated or unclear strings have been carefully translated into natural and readable Bengali,
ensuring consistency and better user experience for Bengali-speaking users.

Changes include:

• Added translations for Quick Tools, Terminal, and other app sections.
• Improved readability of existing Bengali translations.
• Maintained original formatting and placeholders in strings.

Please review and merge to include Bengali localization in the next release.
