fix: clone rustynum vendor in all Dockerfiles to fix AVX-512 build

Cargo validates path dependencies at manifest resolution time regardless
of whether the feature is enabled. The rustynum-rs path dependency at
vendor/rustynum/rustynum-rs was not being cloned in Docker builds, causing
all Dockerfile variants to fail with "No such file or directory" when
Cargo tried to read the manifest.

- Add git to builder stage in Dockerfile and Dockerfile.release
- Clone rustynum repo in all 6 Dockerfile variants before cargo build
- Add submodule init hint to Cargo.toml comment
