docs(triage): pin W1 names — 3dgs-tiles + 3dgs-ewa-syrk (3dgs-* family)

EWA-SYRK bench (PR #3, Kernel) named 3dgs-ewa-syrk under the same 3dgs-*
convention as 3dgs-tiles. Both W1 deliverable names now pinned in
correction-list #10.
