Description
This PR adds Zalo to AdGuardHome's blocked services list. Zalo is a Vietnamese messaging and social networking platform that users may want to block.
Changes
Why
Users in regions using AdGuardHome may want granular control over blocking specific applications. This addition provides Vietnamese users and others the option to selectively block Zalo alongside other social media and messaging platforms.
Testing
