Define injectable objects and their default JNDI names

Define which interfaces can be injected using @Inject and @resource, and also their default JNDI names.

For CacheManager, the default JNDI could be java:comp/DefaultCacheManager.
For CachingProvider, the default JNDI could be java:comp/DefaultCachingProvider.
