NIST*LATTICE search fails on triclinic cell

A search using the P1 nixqam cell (15.161, 11.154, 4.098, 100.46, 97.46, 88.85) in the Unit Cells List "Cell Symmetry Search" command fails. (See file /Users/toby/shared/sym/nixqam_p1_w_data.gpx).

While at it, you can finish the "NISTCELL" implementation of the same capability in GSASIIphsGUI.
