Issue Description

Problematic Comment for Block field in Quick Deny in Webmin.
When used, the IP is not blocked but the IP is placed in the csf.ignore file.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to '..../csf/index.cgi?xnavigation=1' (CSF main page on webmin)
2. Quick Deny : If you add only the IP address in the field ➙ Block IP address, then the IP address is successfully blocked.
However, if you add a comment in the relevant field ➙ Comment for Block, then the IP address is not blocked but is recorded in csf.ignore.

Also, the field Block IP address, always had a red border. After the 15.10 update the color that made it easy to distinguish, is no longer there
