Hi,

I've placed the full instructions for an upgrade on this page:

From that point forward, you can upgrade as you have always done prior to CSF shutting down.

I can write up something short which at least guides the user to the docs, but the actual readme itself has become insanely long and I'm in the process of cutting it down by removing things such as blocklist instructions.

Once I get some updates done, I'll look at organizing it.
