Plan 1a Task 6 (stacked on #234). Adds
pluginsto the codex auth skip set (tmp,log,logs->tmp,log,logs,plugins), matching PY:1176, so staging a real~/.codexwith a heavyplugins/tree does not copy node_modules.auth_paritytest extended to assertplugins/exclusion. cargo test/clippy/fmt green. Tracks okrs-51p.6.
