Bump @relayfile/sdk to 0.8.14 for the creds-aware mount binary

relayfile v0.8.14 ships the relayfile-mount --creds-file/
RELAYFILE_MOUNT_CREDS_FILE support; postinstall keys the bundled binary off
the installed sdk version, so this bump is what actually delivers the
re-read-on-401 healing that the launcher's creds.json seeding targets.
