- Rename PyPI package from agora-agent-server-sdk to agent-server-sdk-python in pyproject.toml and version.py
- Update CI workflow to use pypa/gh-action-pypi-publish action (replaces username/password auth)
- Add workflow_dispatch trigger for manual publish
- Update README install command and badge to reflect new package name
