feat: update React to v2025.9.6-19.1.1

• Resolve conflicts in gradle/libs.versions.toml (keeping my React version update while preserving other master updates)
• Resolve conflicts in javadoc-io.json (updating React references while preserving other master changes)
• Test the build to ensure everything works
• Push the rebased changes

Summary

Successfully resolved merge conflicts with the master branch and rebased the PR. The changes now include:

• React version maintained at 2025.9.6-19.1.1 as requested in the original issue
• Preserved all updates from master including newer Java QA plugin (1.136.0) and Kotlin QA plugin (0.95.0) versions
• Updated javadoc references to match the React version while preserving other master changes
• Verified build works correctly - Kotlin/JS compilation succeeds

The PR is now up-to-date with master and ready for review.
