This also compiles Sass
We made changes that are only compatible with Alchemy 8.3

Alchemy 8.3 has a wider right column in forms. This makes room for the left column to not wrap the labels.
Only during signup we want to use autocomplete.
This is used in the UserCounts widget to link to the users table.
