Mimic octopus and mantis shrimp not spawning

I'm using the unofficial port for neoforge and I've noticed that the mimic octopus and mantis shrimp don't spawn, and when they do, they drown in water.

+1 to this, mimic octopi are drowning in water!!!! I tamed it, bucket'd it, and when you place it in the world it is also not tamed anymore & needs retaming. As soon as it was in water for a few seconds, it drowned :( seems a case of wrong coding...
EDIT: applied an infinte water breathing effect to it and it stays alive in water, but theres no also camoflaguing. they just stay white...
