This draft PR identified strategies to get the docker building again for the cell-type-wilms-tumor-06 module: #1411 (Noting that we plan to keep it at bioc 3.19 as well.)
We'll want to get these changes in so it builds, but we'll also want to indicate in the README that the module was last run at the v0.2.2 docker image tag. This represents the image that was live when the annotation notebook was refined in March 2025 in PR #1030, which was a couple months after the initial draft annotations were delivered to us.
