If we have time before the workshop, it would be nice to have a short supplemental notebook that shows how to read in Xenium data and prepare the SPE. Within the Xenium notebook we will be starting with data from STexampleData, so it would be helpful to show how exactly the SPE is made.
One caveat is that the available 10x output for this project is one single zip file that's 60 GB. I need to download it and poke around to see how feasible this is in a notebook setting vs just providing additional information in a markdown file.
