* Add x86 to Windows supported OS entries Include x86 in the single Windows row for the 8.0 through 11.0 supported OS matrices so Windows 10 LTSC 2021 is represented correctly. Regenerate the supported-os markdown output and disable markdownlint MD060 for the generated tables.
