* Introduce `GOST_BUILD_ENGINE` and `GOST_BUILD_PROVIDER` CMake options to support engine-only and provider-only builds * Split `CMakeLists.txt` into multiple files * Add `HAVE_ENGINE` definition determined during CMake configuration * Disable tests that fail with unpatched OpenSSL (known issues) * Expand CI matrix: * engine + OpenSSL 3.6.0 * provider + OpenSSL 3.6.0 (patched) * provider + OpenSSL 4.0.0 * provider + OpenSSL (master)
