BREAKING CHANGE
This PR removes Organization.X sublists. These were becoming difficult to maintain over time and because their main use is in GUI interfaces for interacting with aind-data-schema we felt it made more sense to move their maintenance to the GUI, if we want to keep them at all. A GUI could provide a dropdown with the options from the now removed lists, but also allow a user to enter any value from organizations so that fields like Device.manufacturer are not restricted unnecessarily.
