Create nwb acquisition processing module

Referencing https://github.com/AllenNeuralDynamics/aind-physio-arch/issues/1062, this issue deals with needing to create a module that will package the relevant timeseries data into the acquisition container of the nwb. Note: this has nothing to do with the acqusition.json file.

Reference the relevant streams and where they map from the raw data from this issue, which also has a sample data asset linked: #5

Some details from discussing with Micah via teams thread June 4:

• The reward delivery times are the hardware timestamps as noted. The data however, is a mapping of whether the reward was earned, manual, or automatic. This is contained in the trial model under the software events.

• Looking to VR as reference, it seems appropriate that for each hardware timestamp, find the closest software time and then use the data from the trial model to find annotation of the reward

• In summary, the timestamps in the NWB will be hardware timestamps, and then the data will be the annotation of the reward
