Some reminder details;

• To see the spike sorting output portal, in an ecephys sorted asset, go to the visualization_output.json and click on the sorting_summary links available for each probe.
• The OpenScope Databook may have useful code for you to dig into NWB files, but be aware that our latest NWBs are likely to have some differences in terms of the key names or organization of the data. https://alleninstitute.github.io/openscope_databook/intro.html
• Please contact @jeromelecoq or myself if you want access to Code Ocean, which includes some compute and all the code from our pipelines
