Hi all, I've attached my presentation as a PDF. Thanks again for all the feedback. I would to share my analysis pipeline code as well, I'm thinking the best way to do this is rework each part piece-by-piece both to (i) address the problems raised today (ii) add capabilities to leverage the now-available raw data. Doing it this way also means that the community can validate each part one at a time, so methodological lapses from single-RF analysis don't seep into pooled analyses etc.

However, I'm open to doing it however you all think is best.

I am not sure what is best, perhaps starting with a new git repo with collab notebooks or such ?

We can first internally consolidate the code in the lab and then make a new repo. I think we should be able to integrate the cross-validation aspects quite easily.

Hi everyone,

I have also attached my presentation as a PDF. I look forward to working with some of you to generate traces of orientation selectivity parameter changes throughout the tuning blocks at a fine temporal resolution, as well as grouping ROIs based on their patterns of behaviour.

I will aim to respond to all feedback and comments (and implement the suggested changes) by the end of next week.

If anyone would like to see the values for analyses that I did not include in the presentation (e.g. within-session, across-session, or across-subject analyses in apical/proximal dendrites, or comparisons between tuning block 1 vs 2 and tuning block 2 vs 3), please do not hesitate to reply to this post.
