New Forum Paradigm! Organizing Forum with Tags!

Hey all,

back in March in forum post #138. @lrudelt had the great idea to be more structured with labeling the forum posts. With so much great analysis and discussion, its easy to lose track of things. I've added a number of tags, and I've gone through and labeled all existing posts to the best of my ability.

From now on, please label your issues how you see fit!
Particularly, the type of discussion (analysis, question, policies and conventions, experimental design, plots and figures design)
and the type of content (production data, slap2, 2-photon, ecephys, documentation) if this applies.
