Omniroute 3.8.35 broke the plugin

It seems that the latest Omniroute update (3.8.35) broke the plugin. Opencode log shows: WARN 2026-06-25T09:18:37.370Z +0ms service=omniroute Failed to fetch combo data: 403.

It took me a while to get the new OmniRoute versions running as the MacOS ARM binary is broken. (had to build myself).
I am currently at 3.8.87 and the plugin works just fine for me - I can use combos, they even seem to hydrate properly (fill with meta information).

Can you update both your Omniroute as well as the plugin to make sure this is not just a "works for me" thing?
