General Bases make delta v for all stages as zero.

I had this issue even though there were updates. Does this happen to anyone?

I have simillar problem when I use General Bases + Engine Plate..
Steps to reproduce:

1. Make simple rocket pod+tank+engineplate+2engines
2. Connect general base to engineplate lower node.
3. When you go to alt+F12 to Console you should see NullReference Exception (if you dont see please try to change root part it reforce dv calculation)
   And tab DeltaV calculation is broken FOREVER. Reload of ship didn;t change that.
